Humphries' future: Still waiting on stars

08:07 AM ET 12.08 | A good percentage of the population these days likely knows Kris Humphries for his offseason marriage to Kim Kardashian. That's what's lost in everything: Humphries proved himself by averaging 10 points and 10.4 rebounds last season, sharing the NBA's second-best per-minute rebounding rate with Dwight Howard. The Nets have a desire to keep him, but they're chasing frontcourt stars -- Nene and Tyson Chandler -- and that could ultimately force Humphries elsewhere. ... His future could come with the Nets, the Denver Nuggets, the New Orleans Hornets or a score of other possible suitors. It will all become clearer once the elite players make decisions and the dominos start to fall.

Ten rebounds a game is nothing to laugh at. I wonder what's his asking price. Boston needs a big body with both O'Neils gone.

His asking price will depend upon his cut from the divorce. I agree that Boston would be a good landing spot for both he and the team.

Definitely a solid role player that could really help a contending team or a team on the rise...put him on the Thunder for example...
