Just another money grab. She was probably trying to blackmail him and the team, but since they didn't cave in, she is looking for legal blackmail a.k.a. an out of court settlement. I was reading elsewhere that they plan on releasing graphic photos of Monta at the Wednesday press conference. That's a weird strategy. How does making evidence public prior to a trial help their case? They are hoping the team will try to negotiate prior to the press conference. People need to work for their money instead of trying to collect from someone else. This reminds me of the "Sexual Harrassment Panda" episode from South Park where eventually everyone sued everyone for sexual harrassment. She is probably a scorned lover and we all know, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

After all that had transpired in the past few months, i.e., Sandusky, Conlon and Fine I'll wait to see what the grand jury has to say or the judge decides before assuming that anyone is guilty or innocent. One thing is clear professional athletes and smart phones are a bad combination.
