06:29 AM ET 12.21 | The Warriors and guard Monta Ellis are being sued by a former employee for sexual harassment. According to an email from the Law Offices of Burton F. Boltuch, the plaintiff will file the suit Wednesday morning in Oakland at the Superior Court of Alameda County. Afterward, a news conference will be held to discuss the allegations. The Warriors and Ellis had no comment Tuesday. According to Boltuch, the plaintiff is accusing Ellis of sexually harassing her from November 2010 to January 2011. The accuser, according to Boltuch, has photo evidence of the harassment, which he claims was sent to the plaintiff from Ellis' cell phone.

When he was a little kid he decided he wanted to be just like Isiah when he grew up. Mission accomplished.

whats that monta? three more squirts????

Just another money grab. She was probably trying to blackmail him and the team, but since they didn't cave in, she is looking for legal blackmail a.k.a. an out of court settlement. I was reading elsewhere that they plan on releasing graphic photos of Monta at the Wednesday press conference. That's a weird strategy. How does making evidence public prior to a trial help their case? They are hoping the team will try to negotiate prior to the press conference. People need to work for their money instead of trying to collect from someone else. This reminds me of the "Sexual Harrassment Panda" episode from South Park where eventually everyone sued everyone for sexual harrassment. She is probably a scorned lover and we all know, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned!

After all that had transpired in the past few months, i.e., Sandusky, Conlon and Fine I'll wait to see what the grand jury has to say or the judge decides before assuming that anyone is guilty or innocent. One thing is clear professional athletes and smart phones are a bad combination.

Same guy that sprained his ankle riding a mo-ped--lied about it, covered up by family & friends, Warriors busted his lies, Chris Mullin saved Monta's paychecks, Chris Mullin fired-Monta replies <Gee, Mully was a nice guy>

Monta---knucklehead true--- but a talented knucklehead...

GREAT start for Jackson.

Lawsuit against Ellis, and Curry sprain's his ankle. Kings get a dagger 3 for a win.
