07:56 AM ET 12.28 | While much of the headline news out of Philadelphia revolved around the possible return of Steve Spagnuolo, Andy Reid's answer to a question about DeSean Jackson seemed more like a farewell. A reporter mentioned that Jackson, who will be a free agent after the season, had said after Saturday's win over the Cowboys that he "hopefully" will be back with the Eagles in 2012. Asked if that feeling was reciprocated by himself and the organization, Reid damned the two-time Pro Bowl wide receiver with faint praise. "The last how many games he's done a heckuva job," he said. ... "I'm proud of him for that." And with that, DeSean, don't let the locker-room door hit you in the butt on the way out next week.

This guy is a huge dummy... Most athletes try and have huge years in their walk year, to you know cash in. This guy has hurt his own stock for free agency and practically whined his was out of Philly, not saying he won't get a nice deal from somebody in the offseason but it won't be near as nice as it could have been.

Rex Grossman & John Beck.
Neither have ever "quit" on their teams over and over again like this guy.
I don't think there are many teams in the NFL that would, honestly. He'll end up a Raider or something.
Plus, we have enough smurf receivers. This guy never has proven to be a legitimate receiver in my book. One trick pony with a ton of baggage.
