08:14 AM ET 12.29 | Emotions boiled over Wednesday between Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, who went 0-for-13 from the floor. Westbrook's frustration appeared to have started with just 3 1/2 minutes remaining in the second quarter when he drove into the paint and kicked the ball out to Thabo Sefolosha in the corner. Sefolosha passed up a wide open 3-pointer, which prompted Westbrook to yell at Sefolosha "shoot the (expletive) ball." Sefolosha and other teammates, including Durant and center Kendrick Perkins attempted to calm Westbrook down. ... Durant appeared to again settle Westbrook [a minute later], but Westbrook appeared to take exception to how Durant delivered his message. The two began shouting at each other and had to be separated.

This team has a great chance to make another long run but not with that head case.

I like Westbrook. Has he signed his extension yet? OKC fans should be careful, you might just get what you wish for...Durant shooting all of the shots.

Boys will be boys

No... sadly I'm pretty certain that it's the end of the world in OKC.

Obviously Durant will be demanding a trade and he will insist on going to the Lakers to play with Howard, Paul, LBNique. Jerry West D'Will, any guys that the Knicks can't afford and all the other NBA leaders.

But never for NY...

He's tired of playing for ungrateful snotty fans that would applaud for guys like Westbrook.

QUOTE(#13):

Westbrook will be the demise of the Thunder. Expect him to be traded this year.

I heard he's going to the Lakers in a mega deal that will send him,. Howard, Durant, The Budweiser team of horses, 6 cheerleaders and a beer vendor to any team that is willing to give up their superstar and help the Lakers stay on top forever.

But first they need to wait for the NBA to approve the Lakers petition to allow them to play with six guys on the court to help Kobe if he gets tired.
