Probably the best alternative is to keep Bradley as interim coach for the next year, establish some stability, and then re-open the serious search for permanent coach next year. This is kind of like what was done at OSU after their scandal. Of course, all that depends upon Bradley's being clean of any involvement in the Sandusky deal. I am assuming that he is.

Penn State is turning into an SEC school. They'll take anyone as long as they can play football at a high level.
