08:00 AM ET 01.06 | Former Jets defensive lineman Kris Jenkins took the occasion of a television appearance to sack Mark Sanchez, saying New York's starting quarterback could learn a thing or two from Greg McElroy. "(McElroy) loves his craft. He loves what he does and he felt it was what needed to be said," Jenkins said of the fourth-string QB, who told an Alabama radio station on Wednesday that he thought the Jets' locker room was full of "corrupt" and "selfish" players. "The No. 1 QB should have said that a long time ago." ... But the thing is, he lost it, because he got caught up in the wash that is New York, in the spotlight and taking pictures in the magazine and doing all that stuff."
