08:15 AM ET 01.12 | The spotlight may be about to shine a little brighter on DeMar DeRozan. DeRozan struggled through another desultory offensive night as the Raptors were beaten 98-91 by the Sacramento Kings at the Air Canada Centre on Wednesday and with Andrea Bargnani headed to hospital for an MRI on a strained left calf, the attention DeRozan is going to attract as the best scorer on an offensively challenged team is only going to get worse. ... Bargnani, who had 10 points and 10 rebounds before leaving for the night, is expected to have an MRI on Thursday to assess the damage. With the Raptors off for the day following three games in three nights, it won't be until Friday before they have to figure out what they'll do.

Solid player to lose but the Raps coach has them playing some inspired ball - Hopefully DeMar can step it up a bit more.

He was alright last night from the field, but the few games before that - particularly vs NJ - were atrocious for DeMar. Got high hopes for the kid but if there's any time to show potential it's now.

Just when AB was doing good. That's sad!

He's been a new player this year, no doubt.

On a slightly different subject, I am amused to no end when I look at the HEAT boxscore and I see Curry - Inactive.

I picture him laying on a couch asleep and snoring, with his feetand legs hanging off the end. He has an open Doritos bag, and McDonalds and Skittles wrappers lie all around. No that is Inactive.

LOL. I'm probably known as being the Curry optimist around here but I really hoped the guy got his act together during the lockout. Boy, was I wrong.
