08:17 AM ET 01.19 | Not only is USC unsure that Aaron Fuller will play Thursday, but also the rest of the season. [Fuller], the team's leading rebounder (5.9 rebounds a game) and second-leading scorer (10.6 points), could undergo season-ending shoulder surgery as early as next week, he confirmed via text message Wednesday. Fuller, a 6-foot-6, 235-pound transfer from Iowa who was one of USC's few players with Division I experience coming into the season, suffered a labral tear in his left (shooting) shoulder in October, and in December he suffered one in his right shoulder. He has been playing in games with those injuries but hasn't practiced much, if at all, between them. By playing, though, Fuller appears to have aggravated the tears.

I hope O'Neil pays more attention to foosball at USC than he did at UTK. He was asked about UTK's bowl game one year while he was there and he had this blank stare like he had no idea they were playing in a bowl game.
It was the beginning of the end for him.

Football and Song Girls, don't forget the Song Girls. Maybe O-6 can turn this thread into a Song Girl dedication. Hint, hint, hint.

Thought that would get your attention, OT :-)
How about a +1 next year. Undefeated U$C and Oregon in the 12-Pac CCG.....Undefeated Arky/LUS/Bama vs undefeated Georgia in the SEC CG.
Winners to NCG, losers to the Rose and Sugar........works for me.

Sure I am.....but until we can get rid of the BcS system, the best we can hope for IMO is 4 undefeated teams playing in conf champ games and the winners getting the NCG bids.
Of course, undefeated Big 12 or Big Least champs could throw a wrench in it, huh?
Hopefully, only 1 more year of this BS......+1 isn't a great playoff, but it's better than what we have.
A man can dream..........

Saw an article yesterday but can't recall where. The argument the writer was making was that the last several BCS polls show the "natural" break point in eliminating the imposters is to take 8 teams which will never happen. He says if it breaks at four there will be the same bitchin' as two...i.e. there are normally four/five teams with 1or 2 losses depending on the year at positions 3-6. (Sixteen ain't good either.) Some would get in and some not. He finished saying the powers that be would never agree to eight but that is the "natural" break point with the least valid arguments about being left out.
