10:17 AM ET 01.21 | The Dolphins are believed to have interest in Matt Flynn. But they didn't hire Joe Philbin with the assumption that they would automatically get Flynn, according to a source. There's also a possibility Philbin could bring Green Bay's highly respected quarterback coach, Tom Clements, with him to Miami, but that's not certain. Clements and Philbin both interviewed Thursday for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coaching job.

In a weird twist of fate, maybe this is Detroit's revenge on Miami for Scott Mitchell.

Flynn going to Miami makes sense. They are desperate for a QB. Of course, it would help if Miami also had the rest of Green Bay's offensive talent coming too.

I agree, Flynn is probably better than any QB available in the draft. It would be a big boost for Miami's offense to obtain Flynn.

Clements would be the guy to replace Philbin as the Packer's OC.

I see its safe to say you don't have to be a sucker like Matt Cassell winnin 10 games in relief, but rather win just 1 and it gets you a ton of interest, a fat contract with a startin job. In light of what Mr. Tebow did the past season, you suckers should be in an uproar as to why all world Tebow is not every NFL's team's immediate reguest for a trade so he could be their starter along with havin his contract reworked for millions more.........SUCKERS!

It's obvious you lack any kind of Knowledge on what it takes to be a good NFL QB. You must have played Soccer as a kid.

I could see Flynn ending up in either Miami or Cleveland. Both teams are in need of a QB and both teams really can't afford to gamble with RG3 as their QB.

That being said, I hope he ends up in Cleveland!

No doubt Mel. Can't even imagine having to bury one of my kids. Too heartbreaking to think about.

Recall last season, when Aaron Rodgers was out for a few games with a concussion. Flynn played very well then, too. So, he's not just another Caleb Hanie who made a few good plays in one game, but was exposed when he had to do it week after week.

Tell me, please explain pal.............exactly, asides from that one game performance that you saw, what warrants that he's better than any QB available in the draft or for that matter, any QB in the NFL? You mean all it takes is one game for you pal? I'm simply blown away.....wow!

Twice in one day -- you're on a roll ... thanks for the humor!
