Should Wizards dump trio?

09:41 AM ET 01.22 | Maybe someday, the Washington Wizards will get serious about rebuilding. To this point, they've only dabbled in it unsuccessfully. Until owner Ted Leonsis moves on without Andray Blatche, JaVale McGee and Nick Young, he's not truly committed to winning. Leonsis sets the agenda. He instructed Washington's basketball staff to start over and build through the draft. Ultimately, it will be his call to finally give up on Blatche, McGee and Young -- most likely for little or nothing in return -- after years of investing heavily in them. The correct choice is clear.

but is he good? meaning.....is he a LEADER?there is some talent on that team- but it is rudderlessgranted he's young, but all the top pg's now were WAY further along at this stage than he isAgain- I'm not saying he 'sucks/ or he'll 'never win'just that out of all their players- Wall will command the most backand wash would be able to start over quicker

I agree with you, I think Wall is their main problem. If he would focus on getting those other three the ball a bit more instead of being the worst shooter in basketball maybe Washington would be decent... Well maybe not.

they still have a cancer there like blatche and McGee who of last year exchanged punches! what a team its better they start from scratch trade em' while they still go value

Blatche is a problem. The talent is intriguing but its time to move on.
The contract is an issue, not sure what you can expect from a trade in return other than another contract that is amnesty potential.

why not trade to bobcats for whoever is trash there?

I will always welcome a new bulls fan but I have to point out that you may be disappointed with the Knicks right now. However they have the hard part done... Which is find a franchise player (Anthony) and get a second star player ( Amare ). Plus a solid center. Now the Knicks need to add depth and upgrade the back court to take the next step. I know this start is not what you expected but the Knicks cab still win the Atlantic.

I have been a Bulls fan since 1993, I enjoyed the second coming and hated every minute of our dark days. I like the direction we are going in, but I am concerned about Boozer. It is said that we need a 2guard but honestly I think we need an additional scorer. Who on our roster should we flip? Boozer, but who wants him? Sure he is playing well now but come play offs or the injury from opening his car door. Deng,Gibson,Asik and Rose are the players I would not touch. Every other player on the roster is available. I would have targeted Love and Cousins. Players rose can grow with. I would want a veteran like Grant Hill on this team. Enough said, what do other True Bulls fans say, lets discuss.

As a Bulls fan I think this team is very good and we should see if they can win the title. Last season they won more games then any other team, this season that have the best record in basketball. That's not by accident. The Bulls are good. Last season Miami just played better in the forth quarters of games 2-5. But the Bulls are young. Rose 23, Noah, Deng and Gibson are 26. Asik is young as well. And it was the first time most of the Bulls players were in the ECF so experience may be all Chicago needs. Plus Hamilton is a Major upgrade of Bogans. Hamilton is averaging 13 points 3.5 assists and 3 rebounds. Bogans last season averaged 4.4 points. Now if Miami beats Chicago in the ECF again this year. Then you look at a trade.

Fair enough. We are a deep team. I just am not sold on either Boozer or Noah, though I like Noah's hussle. If you had to choose between Noah and Asik, using ceiling and present play as the criteria who do you choose?
