Miami anticipating big receiver haul

They already have 31 commitments. Looks like they following USC and over signing before the sanctions hit. That way they minimize the damage.

Could SI possibly hype this team any more? Yesterday it was about the future star qb that isn't even a top 100 recruit, now it's "a big haul of WR". What's next? Shall we all bow down to Miami now and crown them national champs? LOLOL When this team actually makes it to the ACC title game (has yet to happen), then hype them. Until then, who cares.

This guy can coach and he can recruit. It'll be interesting to see what happens with the sanctions, but Golden has reestablished the U in South Florida recruiting, the absolute best area in the country.

for the first time in a lonnnnnnnng time it appears every coordinator will be back (assuming we dont get pillaged by NFL teams after NSD), so thats a good start.. is he the right guy? only time will tell but hes definitely 100x better than shannon ever was

Sorry svt. As I've said before, Mr. Golden ain't the guy for the 'Canes. He's just not the guy.

Further, while it's good for your boys to have gotten a hot QB recruit and some good receivers, I see the 'Canes lost a lot of O-linemen. Gonna be hard for that hotshot QB to get the ball to his stud receivers when he's running for his life or laying on his back. Just sayin'...

It's going to be a loooooooooongggggggg sanction period. You would think UM would have learned from the mid 90's fiasco!!!!!

2 National titles since 2006. Another couple BCS bowls. I'd say my team is doing fine. When's the last time Miami even got to a BCS bowl game again?
