08:30 AM ET 02.01 | From the sounds of things, we shouldn't expect Urban Meyer and Mark Dantonio to be sharing many dinners together. If there was a friendship, Dantonio???s defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi indicated there isn't any longer. Meyer swiped McKinley recruit Se'Von Pittman away from the Spartans last month, a commitment that had been in East Lansing since the summer. ... [A] gentleman's agreement with former Ohio State head coach Jim Tressel is no longer in play. "(The agreement) has been between the coaches," Narduzzi said. "Jim Tressel and Mark Dantonio would never call or talk to each other's commitments. People coach Dantonio knows well don't come in and take players away. When you do, you lose friendships over that."

QUOTE(#1):

Urban didn't go to Ohio State to make friends. He went there to win. All is fair, and should be expected in love and war. If Dantonio doesn't get that concept, it his malfunction, not Urban Meyer's. To take it personally is childish. Its just business.

Players change there commitments all the time,Good coaches will go and talk to the top recruits and try to convince them to switch before they sign same thing in the Pro's with free agency.

Wow. And I thought that was the part of recruiting Urban hated about the SEC. I guess if HE'S the one doing it, it is OK, though, heh heh heh.

Looks like I ran the latest Michigan guy off, but he came in with insults and recieved some back. Should be a little more thick skinned if going to throw insults.
