10:39 AM ET 02.05 | The Rams want very much to trade the second pick of the draft, and are hoping a market develops for Robert Griffin. If they can't deal, the Rams could stay put and take Justin Blackmon or Matt Kalil, but they would be better served with a trade down. Among the needs the team has identified are a cornerback, outside linebacker, defensive tackle, offensive tackle and two wide receivers. Also on the subject of the Rams, it has been new coach Jeff Fisher - not vice president Kevin Demoff - who has been the point man on interviews for the general manager vacancy.

Are you sure you want to see RG III running away from your linemen for the next 10 years Otis?

Too bad the Skins have the same needs as the Rams, with the addition of QB and the subtraction of Outside LB

Snyder will pull the trigger on some ridiculous offer, all just to trade up and get RGIII, just you watch. Then keep watching as the cameras turn to the coach - watch him squirm as he tries to defend the deal after it goes horribly awry.

No... I'm certain I don't want to see RGIII running away from Cowboys defenders twice a year.

But, the Redskins would be insane not to make a deal before someone else does. And I have a hunch they will.

Good Move, Get those Draft Picks!!!

They should keep the pick, draft the best surgeon available and assign him to Bradford.

Whether or not RGIII pans out, Shanny already knows he has Zero QBs on the roster now.

Going on past record Otis I'm not sure they're that smart.

With a list of 'needs' like that, they sound like an expansion team.

Jerry Jones would also be interested.

He needs to strike QB gold if he wants to be the Redskins coach in 2013. Of course, firing his kid could also improve his chances.

True... technically, he is a QB.

With the new rookie pay schedule it makes more sense than ever to keep the pick and take the BEST player at any of the positions you need to upgrade in every round.
You need difference makers to get better, not just more bodies....Look, the Giants had a lot of holes to fill in 81' but Lawrence Taylor was there with that second pick, glad they did not trade it off for a hand full of beans....
