Ducks on verge of playing for next season

08:23 AM ET 02.06 | Thirty games only sounds like a lot. There will be 30 games remaining and plenty of points available to the Ducks after Monday night as they keep their postseason thoughts alive. But the reality, is the season is ticking away from the Ducks, and their game against the Calgary Flames could be one where it's win and keep believing or time for General Manager Bob Murray to look beyond this season. Letting a point get away Friday in an overtime loss to hapless Columbus only put more pressure on the Ducks to gain two points on the Flames tonight and get back to 10 points out of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. "It's kind of at that point now," center Ryan Getzlaf said.
