Perk rips LeBron for dunk tweet

08:03 AM ET 02.08 | Even though he lived it, Kendrick Perkins has seen the replays of Blake Griffin dunking on him. Perkins respected Griffin for not making a spectacle of the dunk afterward or gloating about it. But he wasn't too appreciative of LeBron James tweeting praise to Griffin. ... Shortly after the dunk, James tweeted, "Dunk of the Year! @blakegriffin just dunked on Kendrick Perkins so hard!!! Wow! I guess I'm No. 2 now. Move over #6." James was referring to his alley-oop dunk he threw down after jumping over Chicago Bulls guard John Lucas III a day earlier. "You don't see Kobe [Bryant] tweeting," Perkins said. "You don't see Michael Jordan tweeting. If you're an elite player, plays like that don't excite you."

So who was the one that said Ricky Rubio wouldn't have as many assist if Love wasn't on the team? Did anybody see the 14 dimes last night with Love sitting out? You can stick 4 Y.M.C.A players around Rubio and he would still drop dimes. He is a pure pg.

yup proving people wrong after they said he was overated just maybe once his contract i up he will go to knicks or lakers

Perkins got owned and just HAD to lash out at somebody, heck, why not Lebron! Everybody had something to say, and you can bet when those teams meet, Lebron can and WILL show Perkins whats up. And I dont like Lebron either...

My only point is that Rubio is a pure pg not saying he is great yet BUT great pg can pass it to the water boy and still get the assist. Rubio is showing potential of being a great pg controlling the tempo and pace of the game. Not many pg can control the tempo of the game which is huge.

Really you are going to start with this again? Yes you are absolutely right it appears as though Rubio could pick up double digit assists with just about anyone out there.
