08:21 AM ET 02.08 | Though what many consider to be a need position, defensive back, may not be courted in Austin during the Longhorns' junior day this week, plenty of talent will be on hand. Texas is putting the full-court press on DeSoto running back Dontre Wilson, who is scheduled to be here Sunday. ... Houston Cypress Ranch running back Keith Ford is unlikely to be at Texas' junior day. Sources say he is leaning toward out-of-state schools; Oklahoma, all of the major Florida schools, and Notre Dame are ahead of other suitors right now. Alabama is expected to jump in as well despite a commitment from another top-rated running back. Even though Ford is coming off an injury, some college coaches believe he's the No. 1 overall prospect in the state.

The new running back u?....monster o-line? A shut down defense? Following the Bama/LSU model?

A QB that can chunk it somewhere in the vicinity of a receiver and outside the vicinity of a db? Nah, don't need one of those.

Damn good RB. Doesn't like the depth chart at Tx. Will probably go OOS. 5'11. 200lbs. Wilson's rated a little higher but he's a good get.

Saban doesn't usually go after Texas that hard when we're getting players from Florida and Georgia. We seem to do just fine with those players.

If Saban wants him, he'll offer him a one year grey shirt scholarship.
