08:43 AM ET 02.11 | One name that's missing from the list of Eastern Conference All-Stars is Josh Smith, who feels snubbed for the second year in a row. "I don't know why I didn't make it," Smith told HOOPSWORLD. "You've got to appreciate the way I play this game. I play with a lot of passion and I play with a lot of energy and effort. I always leave everything out on the court when I play so I don't know. Maybe I stay to myself too much in the offseason? I don't make the rounds, kissing up to people and doing it the political way. I stay to myself and work hard. As long as I know and everybody knows what I'm capable of doing, especially when I play against them, that's all that matters."

The problem with Josh is his immaturity. He acts like a juvenile with the coaches and staff. Throwing tantrums over petty things. Word gets out very fast in the locker rooms.

He butt-headed continuously with Woodson. Coach Drew will draw up a play NOT to have Josh launch an ugly looking 23-footer, but wallah that's exactly what he'll end up doing.

Perhaps the most talented of all the hawks player, he's never learned leadership, never has the full respect of his own team-mates or the opposition. Unfortunately, those things matter when gathering votes.

The best NBA story line of this season, period. Incredible. He has pulled that entire team together, a bunch of average players with a great defensive center and him. It will be interesting to see what happens when the two, no defense playing, ball hogging, Melo and A'mare return to play.
