Will Teixeira bunt against shift?

OR you can simply just not try to dead pull everything over the fence?

I don't see why this isn't done considerably more against the shift. Hell, a good enough bunt could bag you a double...

I know it is easier said than done, but isn't " hit the ball where it is pitched " still true?
Last week there were some articles by "experts" on him and the old you do not mess with a MLB players swing. I am glad they messed with Grandersons swing.

Tex getting more bunt singles just means Arod will hit into more double plays............

I think they will finally do just that. Doubt Girardi has the cubes to bat Arod where he belongs in the 5 or 6 spot.

I get the concept of righty-lefty back to back .....
but in reality- the lineup goes through a started 3 times.
that R/L is basically useless until the 6-7th inning when they bring in relievers

The chances of a plow horse like Tex turning a bunt into a double are remote at best.
