08:04 AM ET 02.16 | Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is already working on two-a-days. [Tebow] has been in Los Angeles working on his throwing mechanics with new UCLA offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone. Mazzone and his son, Taylor, have been working out with Tebow twice a day for a couple of hours at a time since last weekend, Noel Mazzone said Wednesday, hoping to improve upon Tebow's heavily-scrutinized passing ability. "He just came out here to throw and work on a few things and see if we can just become a little more efficient in what he's doing," Noel Mazzone said, noting that the sessions will last through the weekend and maybe longer. "Throwing motion, footwork, everything I work on with all my quarterbacks."

Good for him. There is something to be said for a real work ethic.
For guys like Haynesworth, two-a-days mean trips to the Golden Corral for the lunch and dinner buffets.

From what I saw of him in a couple of games, he needs all the practice he can get. Being in the SEC, I saw him a lot in college and never really noticed his throwing motion before, but it is absolutely as bad as the critics make it out to be.

Hard to imagine this guy won the Heisman.

Yep it totally sucks but with that crappy throwing motion he got the Broncos who are a total loss into the playoffs. Just imagine if he learned how to throw!

It will be interesting to see if Tebow can show any marked improvement in his throwing motion this upcoming season.

Heisman? How about 1 season as a starter 1 play off win. Tony Romo 1 play off win in slightly more than 1 season as a starter

I don't think he'll be "scary" good, but I think he's got more potential than Sanchez. A modest improvement will be necessary to win the AFC West. They can't expect the other three teams to implode every year.

Makes more sense to send the Bronco receivers to a camp where you practice catching ducks.
He has been "working " on this for two years now. Heck, he went to a camp before he was drafted to work on his throwing motion.

His footwork will look better and his throwing motion will improve...
Then they'll go to live action, and he'll go back into survival mode.

He has been trying since February 2010 to fix it. At a certain point, you are what you are. Here is a quote from two years ago by him.
"But there are things that I can get a lot better at -- my fundamentals. I've never been asked to shorten or quicken my release and not have a loop in it. The changes I'm making have gone very well and it's becoming more and more natural to me."
