Duchene closer to Avs return

10:36 AM ET 02.18 | Avs forward Matt Duchene had his status upgraded to day to day Friday, and he has a chance to return to the lineup Sunday at Winnipeg. The Avs have been without their leading scorer from last season since Dec. 29 because of a left knee injury. Duchene was slated to take part in a full practice with contact today in Winnipeg.
