08:24 AM ET 02.20 | Chris Pronger's wife, Lauren, said Sunday there has been no substantial change to the Flyers defenseman's post-concussion syndrome since she last spoke in January. She also admitted that, for the first time, her family is considering reaching out to Keith Primeau. ... "I see a lot of differences in Chris," she said. "Just hoping to have a couple good days in a row and see him back to his normal self again. I know he wants this, too. It's very frightening to him, too." She declined to get specific about what differences she has seen in Chris other than, to say, "He is not himself and it's not in a good way." Lauren got emotional speaking to reporters. "I just want him to get better," she said.

I had not heard it was this bad before today. Wow.
I hope Prongs gets better, NHL playoffs aren't the same without seeing him playing 30 minutes night ...
Probably best not even to think about coming back at this point.

I didn't realize he was this bad either. From what it sounds, if it were me, I wouldn't even think about lacing up another pair of skates. He's had a good career, time to sit back and enjoy it before he turns himself into a mental vegetable.

I think she just keeps hitting him over the head with his helmet in his sleep to make sure he stays close to home.

Send him to Edmonton for some R&R. Who knows? After some TLC over there, one of his headaches might get resolved.

That's a shame that he is in that bad of a condition. I hope he improves soon.
