Kupchak offers Gasol no guaranteed

08:10 AM ET 02.22 | For his part, Pau Gasol appreciated his teammates going to bat for him over the past few days. [Gasol] did hear directly from Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak on Monday, I'm told. Gasol got no guarantees -- same as in Kupchak's official statement later that night -- but at least he received an update and an acknowledgement from Lakers management. That's more than had happened in months, so credit Kobe Bryant for helping Gasol get that much, too. There already was no doubt about the bond between Bryant and Gasol looking more like that old oak tree than willowy branches in these trade winds, a clear picture this whole Lakers locker room needed to see.

Well you could always trade Kobe for Rondo, Jermaine O''Neal, and Brandon Bass....Gasol might feel more comfortable

They tried to do that and for one reason or another David Stern blocked the CP3 trade. Which is kinda funny. Does Stern have some issues with the Lakers or something?

They're in the d-league for a reason. Jeremy will be joining them in the not too distant future.

come on Longtime, join the crowd. U can do it!!! besides Lin is continuing to score 20+ pts a game. Im thinking he going to be in the league for a while if he continues to put those kind of numbers up..
