Chandler merely using Raptors for leverage?

08:09 AM ET 02.23 | With Wilson Chandler in Canada, naturally the speculation began. At first it seemed it was just for pleasure, since his agent had said earlier this week that he definitely would be rejoining the Denver Nuggets for the rest of the season. But things change and it appears the restricted free agent is using the Raptors -- who have long coveted him -- for leverage. ... Bryan Colangelo and Denver GM Masai Ujiri have a close relationship but with sign-and-trades not allowed during the season, it's hard to see how that comes into play now. Surely Denver doesn't want to lose Chandler for nothing though. Either way, expect Chandler to use Toronto's interest to his advantage in order to win a big payday, from the Nuggets, Raptors or somebody else.
