Appropriate title for a stadium the People's Republic of Minnesota. Governor Nutjob is loving it.

"No general-fund tax dollars will be used..."

Spin Alert! Does this mean that they will create a new tax, income, sales, gas, whatever, which will go dierectly to the People's Stadium Fund, and thereby never actually pass through the "general-fund," so it's all bookkeeping smoke and mirrors?

Ask the real question. "Will tax dollars be used for this stadium?"
