08:21 AM ET 03.06 | Georgia wasn't always in the mix for Robert Nkemdiche, who is considered the nation's top prospect for 2013, but the Bulldogs have cracked the Top 5. "In no particular order, my Top 5 is Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Ole Miss, Clemson ... and, um, I like South Carolina, and I'm going to visit Florida and Florida State," Nkemdiche told the AJC. ... The Bulldogs did not make some of Nkemdiche's more recent Top 5 lists but have been gaining ground since his UGA visit last month. What changed? "That visit was really the first time I got any one-on-one time with Coach [Mark Richt]," Nkemdiche said. "I went up there, I had a great talk, and we've been talking a lot since then."

My question is how did Clemson get into that bunch, all the rest are SEC, Clemson does not deserve to be there IMO.

Maybe in the ACC, he could be a big fish in a small pond?

Seantrel Henderson and Bryce Brown were "top prospects" in their recruiting year(s). It's like the SI cover jinx.

They pay the most but the best bagmen reside in Tuscalooser and Baton Rouge.

You forgot to mention Austin.

Because. If your team loses and is not competitive, the rest have to be cheating.

Gunner may fall into this category as well. Give it a year or two and see how that dude pans out.

ha ha.....you haven't been paying attention. While not an SEC team Clemson pays players too. Dabo is a dirty little SOB.

He's outrecruited the vast majority of the sec. He's got the handbook.

they are on par w/ any SEC school's bagmen..with the arrival of Craig, Gran and Coney(Coley?) on staff..

True dat. And they're good at keeping it under wraps as well.

Guessing they get that skill from osmosis, they are right in the middle of SEC country, right? Miami is kinda close, but not close enough -- they got nabbed.
