Mavs teammates irked by the Odom rules?

08:12 AM ET 03.07 | Mark Cuban has Lamar Odom's back, and he expressed confidence Tuesday that the forward is fully committed to the Mavs. Cuban, however, acknowledged that there was significant concern among Odom's teammates about the issue. Some Mavericks were bothered that Odom, who was expected to miss only one game and return after the All-Star break, met with his agent and Cuban in Dallas last week while the team was on a road trip and in the midst of a stretch of nine games in 12 days. ... The reasoning for Odom's delayed return isn't clear to the media or his teammates, but Cuban said the meetings in Dallas were necessary. "Because you've got to deal with things," Cuban said. "The goal is to solve the problem."

Remove the kid gloves Mark. Lamar is a diva moreso than Khloe. Time to ship this dude back to LaLa land.

I guess Cuban was focused on Odum's "energy and passion".

I'd rather focus on the big bag of nothing he is providing...

Just trying to get something positive out of him to maybe make some kind of a contribution. He'll be gone after the season anyway. Good riddance!

I like Lamar, but does Lamar like Lamar? NO! He is going through something and basketball is not helping his situation he is mentally not there and when that fails him his career is over! He needs a break from the game until he figure if he want to be Mr. Kardashian or Lamar Odom...

Did they film the meeting for his reality show?

Probably... And I will be pissed if it shows up in that pathetic show.

He needs to grow a pair and then look in the mirror and say "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough and dog gone it..people like me"

I think the death of his brother and the Lakers trading him to NOH still bothers him.

If your a Dallas Maverick or a Maverick fan and haven't notice that Odom really want to be in Los Angelas; then you have missed something very glaring. Besides all the BS said about how his personal situation have taken a toll on his performance; don't believe that crap; people die every day and especially in those neighborhoods where gangs have taken over. Odom really want and had expected to retire and play out his career in LA. Put him back in a Laker uniform and he's the sixth man of year again; this season!
Odom is also the reason why the Lakers can't win on the road this season, the team is missing his production from the bench.
