09:54 AM ET 03.11 | J.R. Smith, the Knicks guard who tweeted a picture of a partially naked woman on Friday, received a $25,000 fine by the NBA Saturday night. The league explained that the fine was "for posting inappropriate pictures on his Twitter account." Prior to the fine being announced, Smith had apologized Friday in Milwaukee, saying, "I didn't know it would turn into a big deal. I definitely regret it. Whenever it takes away from our team, I regret it. It wasn't the smartest move."
