08:09 AM ET 03.16 | While Luol Deng manages his pain, the Bulls are managing his minutes. Deng admitted after Wednesday's victory over the Heat that his ailing left wrist, which has a torn ligament, continues to affect his game. Management has discussed limiting Deng's minutes in back-to-back situations. "It's just something I have to play through," Deng said. "I have to adjust my game to find ways I can still make an impact." Heat star LeBron James repeatedly whacked at Deng's wrist, a practice more teams are employing. Deng also fell on the wrist during the second quarter. The pain is limiting Deng's cutting and slashing ability because he isn't dribbling much with his left hand, forcing him to be more of a 3-point shooter.

LeFraud is heartless though. You know the wrist is hurt yet you keep swapping it. Now if he gets mad and sticks his african mandingo in your mothers nose....

Whacking away at your opponent's bad wrist is just tools of the trade...

Manly attitude but I agree with jgb, why play if you're hurt?

Get Some Rest, Bro.

I wish he would sit, I could care less about our seeding, we need to be healthy.

The wrist is not the entire body so if he can move he can help - that's a man. Unlike Melo that's always grimacing on the court... just watch how many times he acts hurt. Byetch!

Yep. A healthy Bulls at any seed has a better chance of advancing than a top seed with injured players!

Who's bashing LeBron. The article just happened to mention a game against the Heat and LBJ was guarding Deng. How is that bashing?

Rest is not going to "magically" repair a TORN ligament. 2 options: play with pain or have surgery. Deng chose to play and he's not complaining.
