08:09 AM ET 03.19 | Having swung and missed on big-man castoffs this past season, the Celtics may be looking again. [Boston] has preached patience in its search for a big man. The team is eager to see who lands on the buyout scrapheap. The first viable option may be Ronny Turiaf, who was waived by Denver after being received as part of the three-way deal involving JaVale McGee, Nene and Nick Young between the Nuggets, Clippers and Wizards. The Celtics are interested in seeing if a buyout player becomes available who is more intriguing than a D-Leaguer or someone like Chris Johnson, a 26-year-old with time logged in Boston who was recently waived by the Portland Trail Blazers.

FIRSTTTTTTTTTTTT!!

Sure they are!! They're prolly eyeing every possible buyout candidate young old alike!! Celts are toast, they have NO ONE with size worth mentioning.
Whatever happened to "eyeing" Kaman ?. Oh while you're at it, you can also "eye" Greg Oden. I've heard he's good some great photo shoots :-)

It don't make any sense at this time of the season. Boston may need a friend to pull off another trade that will propel them (McHale).

I dunno... he kind of hit the target right in the center with that first post.

Celtics already have a big man that would play a very big role and most likely take them further then people think right now.

But Doc Rivers is too stupid to know this.
