08:01 AM ET 03.22 | Well, that was some impression. The workout that Robert Griffin III had Wednesday at Baylor was outstanding. I'm not sure whether he or Andrew Luck should be the No. 1 overall draft pick. Of the 51 passes that he threw, just two weren't catchable. His arm strength is very, very good; he threw the ball with ease 60 yards down the field. His anticipation was very good; he was able to hit receivers coming across the field. Griffin has excellent feet, and he's equally good going to his right or his left. Many players are better off going one way or the other, but he was equally impressive both ways. There's no question in my mind, after seeing him work out today, that he's going to be a very, very good NFL quarterback in the future.

A year from now, RG3 will be viewed as the better quarterback. 5 years from now, it will be Andrew Luck. But, RG3 will be exciting. Andrew Luck may end up being efficient and boring.
Luck belongs in Indianapolis, and RG3 belongs in D.C.

Merrill Hoge agrees that RG3 should go #1. Therefore, this proves Luck should go #1.

When a team gives there Franchise Quarterback a three year deal, that tells me he's not there franchise Quarterback, that being said, the deal is probably already in place for
Good Luck-Bad Luck -In Luck -No Luck- Some Luck- Out of Luck - Lots of Luck- Better Luck -No Such Luck !!! to Pull an Eli & demand a Trade, that being said, Da Colts would be very wise to PASS on Andy Boy & Draft RGIII, why? Because da Rams are Trading there pick any way! That makes sense, the stage is set, Let's see What happens!!!

Everybody knows Luck is the first overall pick. There's nothing to see here. Move along.
These are not the droids you're looking for.

All this talk of who goes 1st is really just conjecture....no matter how gifted a QB is athletically, the thing that makes a FRANCHISE QB is the ability of critical decision making, playing at the "game speed" of the NFL...this is where NCAA wunderkinds from Ryan Leaf to Jamarcus Russell were "exposed" for the frauds they were.....whether Luck or Griffin can make the transition to NFL QB or not, the REAL question....neither one is guaranteed to be a franchise QB

Still not sold on the guy. I still see a freakishly athletic guy who put up big numbers, but that doesn't always translate into the NFL. Only time will tell.

Just the media trying to drum up some draft stories here. Luck will go #1, as he should because he is the much better prospect. Not knocking RG3, I think he has what it takes to be an elite talent as well, but Luck is the better prospect clearly.

RG3, or not RG3, that is the question:
Whether 'tis Nobler on the field to offer
The Slings and Passes of outrageous Luck,
Or to take fleet foot against a Sea of troubles,
And by scrambling, end them: to take a knee, to slide
No more; and by a slide, to say we end
The down, and the thousand Natural Lites
That Fans are heir to? 'Tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wished. To die, to run,
To run, perchance to Score; Ay, there's the rub,
For in that run for the first, what dreams may come,
When we have shuffled off this turfed field,
Must give us pause. There's the respect
That makes Calamity of so long a career:
For who would bear the Whips and Scorns of Saints,
The Bounty???s wrong, the proud man's Uniform,
The pangs of despised Love, the League???s delay,
The insolence of Goodell, and the Spurns
That patient merit of the unworthy takes.
