08:14 AM ET 03.30 | Aroldis Chapman's future, as a starter or as member of the bullpen, is now in the hands of the Reds. [Chapman] has done his part. He's pitched exceedingly well in his trial as a starter. ... Reds manager Dusty Baker says no decision has been made. "I don't know, man," Baker said. "We haven't come up with it yet. We'll let you know. Quit asking me. Please. Honestly, we haven't decided yet. There's more people involved than just Chapman." The Reds have 12 healthy pitchers on the roster. If Chapman goes into the rotation, Homer Bailey and Jeff Francis would go into the bullpen. Neither has pitched in relief in the majors. Chapman has. But he's not only outpitched Bailey and Francis this spring; he's outpitched all the Reds' starters.

No kidding, has any manager blown more arms than Dusty? He should be managing in Japan with his theory on pitch counts, LOL.
