10:24 AM ET 04.01 | The pain on the faces of his teammates after Ohio State's Sweet 16 loss to Kentucky last March was one of the primary reasons Jared Sullinger decided to bypass NBA riches and unexpectedly return to school. Sullinger saw many of the same despondent expressions Saturday night when he looked around the Ohio State locker room after the Buckeyes squandered a nine-point halftime lead in a 64-62 Final Four loss to Kansas. The 6-foot-9 sophomore, once again projected as a top 10 pick, said he has yet to make up his mind what he will do. "I honestly don't know," Sullinger said. "That's something I'm going to take up with coach (Thad Matta) and just talk it over with him and my family."

Yeah the Clippers need you.

from what I saw last night, he doesn't have the post game or the touch that somebody with his body frame needs to be a top player. I could see him being a 10 pt, 7 rb guy. But you are looking for more from a top 5 pick

I know, and I hope that for you guys too, but I figure he will go pro. He seems like a good fellow.Congrats on your season Buckeyes!!!!

I'm not sold on Sullinger being ready for the NBA. I think he's too small to be a solid PF and doesn't have the ball handling ability or the shooting range to be a SF. And thanks for the congrats on the Buckeyes season. I personally thought they had a d*mn good year. I didn't see thme getting all the way to the FF. And hey Col. good luck to your Cats Monday night.

I agree with some of the above. He had major problems last night with a bigger guy and he cries way too much. As an All-American, he should have stepped up last night. Instead he disappeared. Big time players step up in big time games. He isn't that.

Very good college player...but not sold on him as a top 10 NBA draft pick...he plays below the rim too often to be a PF and doesn't have the necessary skill set to be an NBA SF...he's a tweener and tweeners tend to be good role players...he will get drafted high but I don't expect him to be a star on the next level

Yep, AA's are never allowed to have lousy games. Sullinger is a bum and should be stripped of every award he's ever gotten, even in HS!

Pretty much what I said a little bit ago. Good call there 1908.

Completely agree. He's a great college player against smaller opponents but that won't work in NBA. I believe his stock dropped this year versus coming out as a freshman and will continue to drop if he stays in college for his jr year. Take your NBA role player opportunity now while you can & develop your game against bigger competition. OSU will be solid with or without him.

Oh no not at all. Just being a smarta**. No doubt Sullinger has some limitations on the court right now that will hurt him at the NBA level. I don't think he's ready for the NBA yet.

He could stick around one more year and work on his ball handling and outside shooting. Both of which need improvement for the next level.

Don't think the kid is ready for the NBA, but I think that's where he'll be in 6 months...

Unfortunately so. Too many kids just can't say no to the immediate influx of cash. Waiting and developing better skills might pay off in the long term...
