Tollefson daring Raiders to sign him?

08:06 AM ET 04.04 | The Dave Tollefson tour will continue as scheduled. [Tollefson said Tuesday he was] on his way back home, to Omaha, Neb., pleased with the way his visit went with the Raiders today but without a contract in hand. Tollefson, 29, said he is hopeful of working out a contract with the Raiders in the coming days. In the interim, he is headed to Nashville on Thursday for a visit with the Tennessee Titans. "I'm sure the Raiders don't want me going to Tennessee," Tollefson said by phone. ... "So, I hope something gets worked out beforehand." Tollefson is an Ygnacio Valley High School graduate who also attended Los Medanos College. He has spent the past five seasons with the New York Giants.

He has been a solid back up for the Giants. Hate to see him go, but it is a question of just how much money he thinks he is worth. He is a steady DE, but not a game changer by any means. Not sure he starts in Oakland either.
He will have to accept back up money. That is what he is.

The Raiders got hurt in free agency and salary slashing this year. It would be nice for us to get win and sign him.
