09:26 AM ET 04.07 | Texas A&M junior Khris Middleton is leaving the Aggies and will declare for the NBA draft, a source told CBSSports.com's Jeff Goodman. Middleton, a 6-foot-7 small forward from South Carolina, missed 12 games this past season, including seven of the first eight and another five games in late January and early February. He had surgery on his right knee in November, and tweaked it again during conference play. Middleton, like most of the Aggies this season, never seemed to get on track. His numbers were down across the board, but he still managed to average 13.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per game. Most draft services project him as a second-round pick in the 2013 draft.

I always defend players for leaving early and pursuing their NBA dream, but only when they are projected first round picks, not somebody projected to go in the second round NEXT year.
go back to school and work to improve your draft stock please.

Doc?Guido, the local bootlegger from back in my day died this week at age 90. (Scurry County was dry back in the day so he made a lot of $$$) When Deep Creek flooded he always lost his stash. Said he was an "entrepreneur" in his obituary. Gotta give the family credit for creativity in writing the obit.
