10:22 AM ET 04.08 | When audio of the speech Gregg Williams gave to the Saints' defense before last year's NFC Championship game was released on Thursday, former players, pundits and fans all expressed shock and surprise. But Williams' words almost made Michael Irvin lose his lunch. During an interview with the NFL Network, the former Cowboys receiver had strong words for Williams, saying that the now-suspended coach should never be allowed back into the league. "If you have that same speech minus the ACL stuff, four years ago, I'm not saying a word because that's what it was. We talked like that - take somebody out, take somebody out," Irvin told the NFL Network. "Since you were a baby you've understood never to take out a man's knees, and on this tape he's talking about taking out an ACL. I almost threw up when I heard it. It pulled back any covers that I may have had for a coach. If he is out of the league forever - forever - it would only be the right thing to do."

Well lookee there. Michael Irvin said something with which I agree. It's an Easter miracle.

Somebody put a sock in Michael Irvin's mouth and tell him to go away. Who cares what he has to say?

He nearly got sick? I nearly get sick every time I hear that idgit on the air. He may have been a great wide receiver, but he sounds like an ignoramus.

Thanks, but why a 7? Seems kind of an arbitrary number. Or, are you the French judge at the Olympics who hates American gymnasts?

So he smoked all the grass and snorted all the lines on the field. Dude has three SB rings, he doesn't need brains. Besides he still has money which makes him smarter than Sapp and countless others.

Michael Irvin is only interested in forgiveness and absolution for himself.
