10:27 AM ET 04.08 | As Dwight Howard and other Magic players have been showing in recent weeks as they have fallen into sixth place in the East, there is not a whole lot of commitment to playing for Stan Van Gundy. "Guys are tuning out Stan because he gets on them too much," said one team source. "But that's the way he does things." Not for too much longer, apparently. Van Gundy's startling revelation that he was told by management - "right from the top" - that Howard wants him fired at season's end confirmed what long had been suspected. As soon as the season ends, the Magic will do Howard's bidding and fire Van Gundy. "Who's my source?" Van Gundy said after Howard and several teammates barely competed against the Knicks last week. "I don't have sources. I have people who are my bosses."
