If we factor in the unlimited money Dolan has at his disposal and weigh that against Jordan's ownership record I think it will be a close call. If only one of the 3 teams were bad then I would agree Jordan is the worse but when 3 teams can't even make one play appearance in the last 6 years then Management of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment are the absolute worse owners in any sport or league.
