Vikes guaranteed in L.A. if Wilfs sell?

08:03 AM ET 04.17 | In addition to the more visible Zygi Wilf and Mark Wilf, the Vikings also have multiple ownership partners. The silent stockholders are Leonard Wilf, Jeffrey Wilf, Reggie Fowler, Alan Landis and David Mandelbaum. While Zygi and Mark Wilf are more directly involved in management of the team, the other partners are investors who I'm sure weren't happy when recently there was a call for an additional $20 million investment. ... If this pattern continues, Mr. Speaker of the House Kurt Zellers -- who refuses to get behind the stadium bill in the Legislature -- the Vikings will be sold and the buyer will pay a big price if he can move the team to Los Angeles, which I'm sure will happen if the Wilfs sell the team.

Just what the league needs to get L.A. football fans fired up about the NFL...

At least L.A. still has USC.

Don't fall in love with just any woman. She's gotta be a good one. Which the Vikings are pretty unattractive right now.

Isn't this where the league steps in and says here is some of that extra $1 billion we get off the top from the players every year to build stadiums for the good of the league?

Minn elected officials should be contacting Goodell and asking where that money is.

An additional $20M investment? I'd love to know how Zygi spun that one.

They'll change their name to the L.A. Conquistadors and call signals in Spanish to attract new fans.

Nope, the L.A. Stallions and get Damon Wayans to QB and Billy Blanks to run around and shoot people and Bruce Willis can dance a jig on the jumbotron.

But the real question is - After a team lands in LA -- after 3 years where does it go to next?

Oh how long till that happens? Be a lot of complaining about competitive advantages and disadvantages with traveling overseas so much, but didn't Goodell say a while back that he was interested in getting teams in other countries?
