I didn't think the WR draft pool was this deep. The market has really knee-capped Wallace.

And the Steelers will pay you "what they have to".

come to Cincy......opposite of A.J. Green you guys would be on-stoppable.

Yep, good strategy: sit out as much as you can, get injured when you come back because you're not in shape, and lower your value even further.

I does seem that they are low-balling him, and they're going to hurt their offense if he shows up late and not ready to play.

The Steelers are in cap hell, right?

he has till June 15th to sign his tender, what he wants is a long term contract, this is his only bargaining chip. If he were stupid enough to hold out, the Steelers would pay him nothing and he would be a RFA next year too...

It turned out to be a winning strategy for Chris Johnson, and a losing one for his team.

As long as there are greed, stupidity and agents this will happen. Maybe not in this case, but somewhere in the NFL this will play out.

If Cincy don't use there draft pick at 21 in the draft to trade for him then maybe, but I don't think Pitt would do the trade with-in the division,and have to to play Cincy twice a year with Wallace playing opposite of Green. There has been some rumors in the papers here and on the website that they could be looking at this optoin, but again I don't see it happening and would rather keep the pick then trade for Wallace because I think they could get a receiver at 21 just as talented - S.Hill, K.Wrigh, since I'm sure Blackmon and Floyde will be gone.
