[Dennard's] dangling draft status might test NFL teams' usually solid faith in Nebraska defensive backs. Thirteen Husker cornerbacks or safeties have been taken in the past 12 NFL drafts. That run since 2000 has included a pair of first-round picks and three second-rounders. ... NFL.com analyst and former Dallas Cowboys executive Gil Brandt said "no question" when asked if the reputation leads teams to come back looking for more from the Nebraska secondary. "What they do at Nebraska is those kids that come out of there understand zone concepts," Brandt said. "They do a very good job of coaching guys."

Big Red should prove to be a leader in the Big-10 this season, they have Mich and Wisc in Lincoln and i cant see them losing to N Western ever again, that was strange to see, i bet the Husker show no mercy on the wildcats in Lincoln.
