08:02 AM ET 04.25 | The Vikings are open for business. Just two days before the NFL Draft begins, general manager Rick Spielman stayed on message Tuesday during a press conference at Winter Park. Spielman's main talking points reiterated what we've known all along. The Vikings are far from attached to their No. 3 pick, more than willing to discuss trade offers from any and all interested teams. And curiosity around the league, Spielman reports, is percolating. "That front has really heated up over the last 24 hours," he said. "And I'm sure it will continue to heat up as we head for Thursday night." ... Spielman said it would take an offer "almost too good to be true" to finalize a trade before the draft begins.

I hope Spielman has an unlimited package on his cell. That pick should draw some attention with the huge drop-off in talent after the top five or six.

Yeah, and Jennifer Aniston wants to date me.

If true, it is not to draft an OT and not the third QB at that spot. A WR? sure. But how much do you give for that.

The Vikings are afraid of making another mistake with their first-round pick. They need counseling to build up their self-confidence.

Keep the pick. Take Kalil. Do what a good team would do with this opportunity.

We've discussed this same pick for a week. Thanks to those who want to turn this into a Jennifer Aniston thread. I approve.

Should be lots of trades in the first round tomorrow :D

April 25, 2012  08:28 AM ET

...whilst the interest in the Vikes wanes.

April 25, 2012  08:41 AM ET

Is Matt Millen running the Vikes?

April 25, 2012  08:42 AM ET

We will know if they draft a wide receiver.

You think? I'm not so sure, I just don't see a great draft, I don't see too many people wanting to move up and about everybody wanting to move back... but it takes two. I could be wrong, but after say the first 5 or 6 guys they all really seem to blend together to me.

I loved it, when in the movie Jennifer Aniston broke her finger nail while... well... letting the poison out.

You sure about the huge dropoff in talent after the first 5 or 6? I think this draft is full of talent this year. I think it ranges way beyond the first 5 or 6.

I guess I'll have to catch it.
