Thanks for the correction Lou. I was amazed that someone could go 16 games in a row without a hit and still be batting .232. Your fix makes more sense.

Pujols' skills were already in decline but he isn't this bad. He will eventually get it going and provide some return on those millions Moreno gave him...only not enough to catch Texas.

I agree that he should have stayed in St. Louis. How much money is enough for chrissakes.

Watch tape....not only of your own hitting but of AL pitchers. He'll come around but it won't be enough to make the Angels respectable, they got too many questions from a pitching standpoint. That hitting lineup is pretty formidable and will get better in due course esp when Pujols finds his way back to being a great hitter.

He seems to be have trouble adapting to American League pitching. He wouldn't be the first ...

I guess he needed a new challenge, but it's probably more of a challenge than he bargained for.

wait...he didn't want to make the excuse it's a new league but goes on to say "yes, you can say it's a new league", reminds me of the "it's not about the money" and "why would I leave STL for 3-4 million a season more, I already got my money" comments. And, he is a man of his word and faith???
