08:06 AM ET 04.30 | Osi Umenyiora and Jerry Reese are playing Family Feud ... again. One day after the Giants' GM insisted the team has offered Umenyiora a contract extension in each of the last two seasons, the unhappy defensive end fired back, saying Reese was distorting the truth to make him look like "a greedy pig." In an email to the Daily News on Sunday, Umenyiora said the Giants' offer last summer wasn't actually an extension, and their offer this year wasn't much of an offer at all. ... "Last year I was offered incentives. This year they offered me in guaranteed money, HALF of what they just gave Kiwi guaranteed. HALF," Umenyiora wrote. "I'm not making that up. Then Jerry tells the world they offered me an extension and I turned it down."

Jerry is telling the world one thing and telling Osi something else... What Osi isn't getting is that he is saying the same thing.

I guess being that deep on the D-line has its drawbacks, too.

Simple Osi, just tell everybody what your "bottom" line is for signing. Your last public statement said you wanted to be paid the average of the top five DE in the NFL. Tag type money. Or, answer, would you sign the same extension Kiwanuka just signed.

I love me some Osi, but I sure wish they would keep this stuff in-house and out of the papers.

You going to pay a 32 year old OSI $10 million a year like a top five DE? That is what he wants. Check his injury history.
Ingram ran for 474 yards last year and a 3.9 average. He cost a 1 and a 2 pick. Maybe he will produce someday, but so far? would you make that trade again?
