08:09 AM ET 04.30 | For his part, George Karl was also quite critical of his own team. "We can't give up 15 (total) blocks. A block is like a turnover," Nuggets coach George Karl said. "Shot blockers, you have to attack, but you have to respect -- if you attack and respect, you will find shots. Tonight the shot blocker won the game for them, probably." Karl, though, suggested that Bynum and the Lakers received some help. "Yeah, he was playing nice illegal defense," Karl said. "He was zoned up good. I think we got one illegal defense (call) -- I saw about 30." Told what Karl said, Lakers star Kobe Bryant replied, "Of course he did." Bynum produced his first NBA triple-double: 13 rebounds, 10 points and 10 blocked shots.

Can anyone tell me, the fastbreak when Barnes passed the ball to Kobe for the dunk. Was that a travel ?

I really wanna know.

When you get your ass handed to you the way the Lakers handed it to the Nuggets your going to complain about everything that was handed to you. This does not surprise me, Karl is trying to give his team every chance of competing againt the powerful Lakers.

Honestly, if watch about any NBA game, you can call out 10-15 illegal defenses on either team.

Why are you complaining about a "missed" travel call???? Are you new to the NBA? Hell Jordan use to travel and palm the ball all the time. Get use to it, as it's part of the NBA!!! :-)

I agree...one bad call does not change the outcome of this game. Good win for the Lakers.

This is exactly what good coached do in the playoffs. You complain in the press about calls that your team didn't get. Then magically somewhere down the road, your team will get a call.
All the great coaches do it.

George, how long have you been in the NBA? There is a reason the Lakers have the second most titles and Denver has zero. Money. The NBA makes way more money when the major markets win titles. You think the league wants Kobe versus LeBron or LeBron versus Galinari? The league will do things like they did to Sacramento back against the Lakers. Everything within their power to create the most fan friendly and money making matchup.

LMFAO!!!!! Damn you are one funny dude!!!!! Are you still complaining about the King-Laker series years ago?????? LOL, yeah it's a conspiracy!!!!! Get over it!!!!

Speaking of trash bags, we still have Obama as president. Register and get out and vote that sucka out of office. He will finish taking the USA down if re-elected. He has some underhanded deal with the Russians that he told them he cannot make until AFTER he is elected. Think of your parents, the president will cut retirement payments so he can give money away to people who are here illegally or won't work for a living. I paid for my retirement and now he want to take my money and just give it to some undeserving sucker. I fear him getting re-elected because of all the fools like Robert DiNero so please vote him out. American thanks you.

Come on dude, get off your soapbox!!!!!! This is a sports thread!!!!!!
