Augustin, Gerald Henderson -- is suited for an up-tempo attack. Enter [Mike D'Antoni], who'll surely have other, better options (like if the Clippers were to part ways with Vinny Del Negro after the playoffs. I don't have any evidence that that is even being contemplated after VDN quelled speculation about his job security with a strong regular season finish, but this is Donald Sterling we're talking about, after all). But after three-plus years in the meat grinder of Gotham, could D'Antoni be ready for a change of lifestyle -- and expectations?

Umh...exactly how would this hire make the Bobcats any better? The guy has an absolute stellar defensive resume.................Mike if you make this hire, I promise you your ownership legacy will be blasted as horrific by most.

They probably get the no1 pick. So they will draft Antony Davis. Who wouldn't??
Could Augustin (or Walker) and Davis be a good 1-2 combo...??
Biyombo at Center, and then you have to draft for some good wingplayers.

Yeah man. Put me at the point. I'll be lobbing to JGB all night like a trucker on MVP night. On the real though I think D'Antoni will be a good hire. I mean the cats have nothing to lose. I wish he goes to a team like Utah. They got a great team out there and should have given San Antonio a great run but they got blown out in all four games. Even the Knicks won a game...

Wow.......If I'm Bobcats I'm sure glad you're not the GM if thats your mindset. Case you didn't know...teams aspire to build a championship team, not one who would play no defense (none Dantoni's teams ever have) and make defense an afterthought. I would hope that the Bobcats would see what you obviously can't. Question is: with Mike are you sure it would get any better?.........all the while playing zere defense as would be the case.
