08:12 AM ET 05.08 | Bryce Harper, in the eyes of some, may be his own worst enemy. One of the most appealing things about Bryce Harper is his ferocious style of play. A rival scout, however, expresses concern that the Nationals' left fielder is too physical with his swing. "He is an amazing athlete and will be great if he stays healthy," the scout says. "But there is a huge difference between him and (Ken) Griffey and Alex (Rodriguez). "Those guys had easy, non-violent swings. This guy uses his lower half so much, it's like the old golfers who rotated their hips with such violence. You wonder when the lower back issues will begin." ... "Does he have great bat speed? Yes. Unreal power? Yes. But it's a little like a max-effort pitcher."

Funny, Tiger Woods has a violent swing, and he's had all sorts of injury issues....
Vlad...Carlos Delgado - injury issues...even A-Rod (hip problems) and his so-called "easy swing" isn't without problems.

I think Harper's biggest problem is that **** haircut...and better hope that eye black doesn't have any carcinogens in it...dude's face will start rotting off.
