But be sure, there is a reason there were eight receivers in the Raiders' rookie minicamp this weekend. New general manager Reggie McKenzie loves competition, and bringing in so many pass catchers could be seen as a warning shot, of sorts, to the "vet" receivers. Especially the drafting of Juron Criner, a big, physical red-zone threat from Arizona. "I feel like I would just bring something different," Criner said Saturday. ... "I feel like I would bring a much bigger presence to the outside to help with the run game and (as) a redzone threat."
