08:19 AM ET 05.14 | The recruiting game is won and lost in the offseason, and Nick Saban hasn't given up on flipping UGA's QB of the future, Brice Ramsey, to Alabama. The Alabama coach and [Ramsey] spent 90 minutes talking over Skype on Wednesday, a family member confirmed. Ramsey, the rising senior quarterback at Camden County High School, committed to UGA last summer over Florida, Florida State and Clemson, among others. Alabama, Ohio State, Florida and other schools have continued to recruit Ramsey in hopes of changing his mind. The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Ramsey could not be reached for comment on Wednesday by the AJC but has repeatedly told reporters that he remains committed to UGA.

ROFL! Probably had the strippers in the foreground, with Nick sneaking comments in over their shoulder every minute or two - "We need you, buddy! If you sign with us, the NC is a lock! etc etc..."

This is obviously cheaper than 200 letters daily, too. That mean ol' Sabenz sure knows how to pinch a nickel, doesn't he?

Wow, another thread about Saban and another full day of BS accusations with no proof. Gotta love those days.

Sorry, JK.

When the mods toss out a nice juicy pitch right over the middle of the plate, I just have to swing at it.

Look at it this way -- it's the price of success. Us Gators suffered through it back in '08-'09 and hated dealing with it, but I'd love to have it come back soon.

You're not as bad as others. At least you do it in moderation.

You guys are having more than your share of arrests. Will you have enough left to field a team, you can always forfeit to Kentucky, better than us beating you outright. LOL

Dark days in Arky, for sure.

WTFJJ?!?!? These WR's had a chance to have break-out years w/ an NFL level QB throwing to them and a chance to start in a passing offense. Hey' let's throw away our future for a fro $$!!

They just wanted to make sure there was an even comparison with tOSU by having a few key players miss.

Now there can be a true analysis on whether Fickell or Smith is the best interim.
