08:18 AM ET 05.14 | The recruiting of 2013's top prospect, Robert Nkemdiche, will likely last into the new year. "I think it will come down to some time in January or February," said Mickey Conn, Nkemdiche's coach at Grayson High in Loganville [Georgia]. Nkemdiche is the consensus No. 1 prospect in the land, and one of the most heralded prospects in a long time. ... "He's big and fast. Bigger and faster than anybody I've ever coached," Conn said. "He's 6-(foot-)4, 280 pounds and runs a 4.5. That's tremendous." Nkemdiche has changed his list of leaders often. Most of the time, the front-runners include Ole Miss, where his older brother plays, and Alabama. ... Throw in Georgia, which has the benefit of proximity, LSU and Clemson. Virginia Tech has made a strong push. Nkemdiche recently tweeted that he will visit Mississippi State.

QUOTE(#15):

I think four of the best teams are in the SEC, and with them beating up on each other may not be able to win it all after it is said and done, may not be enough gas in the tank. But, who knows, Kentucky may just be the team to win it all.......................

Don't bet against USC, Jr. LUS is second most-lilkely to win it all IMHO. KY is a very good baseball team...I'm not knocking you guys at all, but they are a step behind these two.

Fla or Arky could get hot and make a run to Omaha, but my $$ is on USC Jr and LUS for SEC reps in the CWS.
